Accommodation is provided over two floors, which are accessible by a passenger lift. There are a total of 17 rooms, of these, five are single rooms with en-suite facilities, six are single occupancy rooms and the remaining six are large, twin rooms some with en-suite facilities. All bedrooms meet the National Care Standards minimum space requirements. Residents who get on well can choose to share rooms.

There is a large lounge area and a large dining room which also contains a seated quiet area. Meals can be taken in the Service Users own rooms if preferred.

There are plenty of toilets, including toilets with wheelchair access, bathroom with hoist facilities and disabled toilet/shower.
