Local businessman, Mr Abdul Jaffer, owns the home, and is committed to ensuring that the home provides the highest standard of care in comfortable and homely surroundings. Abdul has over seven years experience as a Managing Director in the Care Industry, and owns 2 other nursing homes in Dorset.
 

Michele qualified as an RN in 1999.
Prior to joining the company in 2009 she was a senior practice nurse in the community, having worked in the NHS on acute medical and care of the elderly wards. Michele has also worked in various nursing homes within Dorset, gaining valuable experience.

Qualifications RN, Diploma in nursing

Jackie has worked in the care industry since qualifying in 1983, firstly as an Enrolled nurse then as a Registered Nurse in Learning Disability.
Her recent job being a large 58 bedded home for the elderly, incorporating Palliative Care.
